Out walking this week with one of our senior patients and at the furthest point we had a shoe soul blowout.
Fortunately a good country boy used resources in his pocket and tied the shoe together with his handkerchief.

When we talk about elevating a lower limb we really mean elevate! Laying on the couch with a pillow doesn’t cut it.
This position reduces swelling and therefore pain also
