Yoga At Alex is a great way to maintain your yoga practice or ease into yoga for the first time. We are passionate about what we do and pride ourselves on being the Sunshine Coast’s answer to a yoga class that creates balance between the spiritual journey, general fitness / weight loss and a release to the worries and stress of everyday life. Led by Catherine Cordingley, we teach you the essentials of yoga and encourage our students to engage the body and take what it is they need from each class, on that particular day. Besides the obvious improvements of flexibility and a calmness of the mind we love seeing our students gain a renewed excitement for life and a spring in their step – so come along, we’d love to meet you!
