Happy 11th birthday to the happiest soul I know.

This little girl has been through so much in her life, ex racer, 2 previous homes, dog attack, cancer (losing a leg), arthritis of the spine. But she doesn't let that stop her having a smile on her face.

I have been playing spotto with the family and I am seeing yellow cars everywhere.
There are no more yellow cars on the road than before. 🚕
My brain, 🧠 specifically my RAC (reticular activating system), has taken what I have been focusing on and created a filter so I can become more aware of this. Where as before yellow cars were unnecessary information so it was filtered out.
We can use this to help us filter our outlook on life.
Are we looking for the issues, the things going wrong or are we looking for the solutions and the successes? 🌈
Once you start consciously doing this the RAC will make it an automatic response.
