Carita will be one of our amazing remedial ladies! Originally from Brazil 🇧🇷 where she was a Physiotherapist obtaining a Master’s degree and over 15 years of experience working with movement, rehabilitation and performance. 🏋🏼‍♀️

She enjoys working closely with her patients to support them in feeling confident and comfortable in their bodies, with a strong focus on personalised care and long-term wellbeing.

We are so excited to have you join the CNS family 🤸🏼‍♂️
