This is a sigil for ā€œI am pain free.ā€

let me explain it in a way that actually makes sense.
A sigil is created by taking an intention—
in this case ā€œI am pain freeā€ā€”
and breaking it down… removing repetition…
until it becomes a symbol instead of words.
Why does that matter?
Because your subconscious mind doesn’t process long sentences the way your thinking mind does.
It responds to: ✨ imagery

✨ feeling

Because it challenges the idea that we have to be ā€œfully healedā€ before we can help others.
Jung believed that it is often through our own wounds that we become capable of holding space for someone else’s.
Not despite them…
But because of them.
The grief you’ve carried.
