Let's face it! Planning for the year ahead can be a huge stretch for the imagination! So why not break it down to two lots of six months, or four lots of three months, or whatever else suits, depending upon your very own rhythm.

Once it is all done on paper or digitally recorded, step back and admire your work. Allow yourself to slip into your rhythm and create a little ritual of success.
