We provide a range of Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services to people in their homes, our clinics, local communities, schools and workplaces across greater Melbourne and regional Victoria. Our team are qualified and highly skilled in all areas of Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology. They work tirelessly to ensure that our clients across Australia live the rich and independent lifestyle that they all deserve.

With a strong background in healthcare and NDIS, Prava brings valuable skills in customer service, organisation, communication, and administration. She’s passionate about staying organised, learning new skills, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Prava enjoys travelling, exploring different cultures, spending time with her rescue dog, and getting creative with DIY projects and gardening 🌿

🧠✨ What is neurodiversity?

Neurodiversity recognises that everyone’s brain works differently — and that these differences are a natural and valuable part of human variation 💛

It includes thinking styles such as Dyslexia, DCD, Dyscalculia, Autism and ADHD, but ultimately it’s about embracing those who think, learn and communicate differently.

Around 15–20% of the population is neurodivergent. Rather than focusing on deficits, neurodiversity highlights each person’s unique strengths and challenges — and reminds us that many barriers come from environments not designed with everyone in mind.

This month we’re celebrating Jess’s 1-year anniversary with OT Group 🙌 and marking an exciting milestone as our very first Speech Pathologist!

Jess is a proud Bendigo local and an important part of our Bendigo team, supporting clients with her knowledge, care and dedication to communication and wellbeing. Over the past year she has brought great energy and collaboration to the team as we continue to grow our multidisciplinary services.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys staying active, being involved in the local netball community, and getting out for camping and travel adventures when she can.

Starting in 2021 at our first Bendigo clinic as Practice Manager, Hannah now leads as our Admin Team Manager, supporting the entire group and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

We’re excited to celebrate the promotion of one of our incredible team members, Lebo, from Senior OT to Clinical Supervisor 🙌

With over 20 years’ experience as an OT, including 12 years in South Africa and 3 years in Australia, Lebo brings a wealth of knowledge across physical and psychosocial caseloads, occupational rehabilitation, NDIS, ergonomics and workplace assessments, equipment prescription and home modifications.

Known for her detailed reporting, advocacy and ability to work both autonomously and at a senior leadership level, this promotion is incredibly well deserved.
