We provide a range of Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services to people in their homes, our clinics, local communities, schools and workplaces across greater Melbourne and regional Victoria. After a career in travel (including unforgettable trips like the Arctic!), she transitioned into education support and later found her passion in administration and NDIS coordination.

Randi brings valuable experience from working with neurodiverse students and supporting deaf and hard-of-hearing families, along with impressive organisation skills and a love for helping others.

Outside of work, Randi enjoys reading, the gym, tennis, bike rides, and cheering on her kids (while playing part-time Uber driver 🚗).

We’re excited to have Adrian join us at our Moonee Ponds clinic as he begins his journey with OT Group today.

Adrian is an experienced OT with a strong background in community private practice and mental health. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a thoughtful, person-centred approach to the team.

Outside of work, you’ll find Adrian giving back through volunteer work, staying active with basketball and volleyball, and enjoying all things arts-related.

Vivienne joined OT Group in 2025 at our Parkdale clinic and has been an absolute asset to the team ever since. Known for her versatility and warmth, she provides a wide range of OT supports in both English and Vietnamese, helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to reach their goals.

✨ A small device, a big step toward independence! ✨

Following a stroke that impacted her hand function, this participant now has access to a soft robotic glove to support daily rehabilitation at home. From improving grasp and fine motor control to increasing independence in self-care tasks, this technology turns everyday movements into meaningful progress. Her family reported that she is motivated to use the device 💚.

Funding approval means access to intensive, home-based therapy, which reduces reliance on ongoing support and empowers the participant to work toward greater independence. A great reminder of the impact of timely and appropriate assistive technology 🙌

Big shoutout to OT Ruel for prescribing this assistive technology and securing approval — an incredible outcome for the participant! 👏

Maria is a Speech Pathologist with clinical experience across clinic, school, hospital, and telehealth settings. She brings a strong passion for collaboration and ongoing professional development, working closely within multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored, client-centred care.

Maria has experience supporting both adult and paediatric clients, providing evidence-based assessment and therapy for a range of swallowing and communication needs — including dysphagia, speech and language delays, aphasia, apraxia, and dysphonia.

Neurodiversity recognises that everyone’s brain works differently — and that these differences are a natural and valuable part of human variation 💛

It includes thinking styles such as Dyslexia, DCD, Dyscalculia, Autism and ADHD, but ultimately it’s about embracing those who think, learn and communicate differently.

Around 15–20% of the population is neurodivergent. Rather than focusing on deficits, neurodiversity highlights each person’s unique strengths and challenges — and reminds us that many barriers come from environments not designed with everyone in mind.

This month we’re celebrating Jess’s 1-year anniversary with OT Group 🙌 and marking an exciting milestone as our very first Speech Pathologist!

Jess is a proud Bendigo local and an important part of our Bendigo team, supporting clients with her knowledge, care and dedication to communication and wellbeing. Over the past year she has brought great energy and collaboration to the team as we continue to grow our multidisciplinary services.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys staying active, being involved in the local netball community, and getting out for camping and travel adventures when she can.

Part of our Bendigo team, Tari works as an Allied Health Assistant and brings so much warmth, care and enthusiasm to everything she does. She’s passionate about helping others and is currently working towards becoming an Occupational Therapist 👏

Outside of work, Tari loves spending time with her family and sisters, going out for brunch with friends, camping adventures, playing tennis, and hanging out with her two much-loved dogs 🐶
