After a wonderful holiday and the Inspire Yourself 2026 Workshop, I am now ready to open the doors for clients once again.

I offer a safe & grounded space to assist you in your unique journey to uncover & release what is no longer serving your life - ignite the remembrance of your true self.

Each person has their own story, beliefs, challenges and triumphs!
I am here to assist you to release what is weighing you down and getting in the way of moving forward - live your life with more confidence, clarity and direction.

At times of change we can greatly benefit from inner work to see what is holding us back. It's often those subconscious patterns and programs running in the background - beliefs we have decided about ourselves - often through significant life events & trauma, that are inhibiting our growth. We often don't even realize until we start to notice the stories we tell ourselves....about ourselves, or others.....are they even true? It's time to let go......let the shadows come into LIGHT. It's your year of TRANSFORMATION......🌻😊🌻

2026 is a year to get clear about your life direction and I would love to assist you in the process of unfolding through soul led counselling, inner work, energy healing.

I offer a variety of modalities and techniques gathered over many years..... including regression, energy healing & guided messages.

What a lovely day it was yesterday at the Inspire Yourself 2026 Workshop.
I big thanks to all those who attended. It was such a pleasure to meet and share with beautiful souls on a personal journey of understanding.
The workshop provided a space for reflection on the year gone by, the Chinese Year of the Snake with its calling to shed old skins, old beliefs & patterns. We delved into questions about what we are ready to embody for this year 2026 - moving into the Year of the Fire Horse from 18th February. This years offers an opportunity to move from what may have been released into what is now ready to be expressed more fully in life, a new & deeper truth, understanding of self, a new direction presenting with new clarity and purpose. Recognizing that challenges are invitations to move more fully into our inner knowing.
The end result was an array of magnificent Inspiration boards, full of new perspective and vision.
Thanks to Moonta Landscaping & Garden Supplies for the venue and delicious morning tea.
I look forward to seeing many of you again for the next workshop.....unfolding soon.

The End is Nigh!

We are now in the final few weeks of 2025!
Closing the Snake Cycle &

As we come to the close of the Year of the Snake, we are completing a powerful cycle of shedding, unraveling, and releasing.
The Snake has taken us deep into the inner chambers of our being—inviting reflection, honesty, and the shedding of skins that no longer fit. It's been a challenge of a year in so many ways!

Many have felt this year as a time of unraveling old identities, confronting limiting beliefs, and recognising the deeper truths rising within.

And now…
We stand at the threshold of 2026 — the Year of the Fire Horse.
A year of bold movement, heart-led courage, accelerated transformation, and wild, liberated creation.
The Fire Horse doesn’t wait for permission.
It ignites.
It moves.
It breaks free from old cycles and rides into new possibilities with fierce clarity and soul-aligned purpose.

This transition is more than a shift in the calendar — it is a shift in collective consciousness.

Are you your own best friend or worst enemy? Hmmm.....maybe a bit of both.

We often put so much pressure on ourselves to be this or that, to be perfect......
What if we just give ourselves the grace to BE where we are and to own our imperfections? Knowing that we are all a work in progress, that is why we are here....to grow....to learn....to unravel........to know ourselves at a deeper level of understanding. Life is really as masterclass.......
When we can look at ourselves in the imperfections, knowing that we are here as Divine Beings having this experience of life, we can move more into compassion for ourselves and all of the ups & downs.
Today is an invitation to just allow yourself to BE where you are.
Honour how you are feeling today, not in a victim way but with curiosity and compassion. Give it a try.....see the difference as you become the observer of your own self. It might be surprising but as we give ourselves this space, something shifts, we come from the higher perspective of ourselves, which is always more loving, more accepting and more compassionate......it is our True Nature.
