International Women’s Day

Wishing a special blessing to all the incredible and powerful women in my life. Today is a day to celebrate the journey of women, the struggles for independence, equality, recognition, empowerment. It is such a different world today from the early suffragette movement yet we still have areas where suppression is the norm, either outwardly or overtly.

Today I would like to send a blessing to the many amazing gals who have walked into my life. Three of these are my two beautiful and incredible daughters who have forged their unique path in life. Also my one amazing granddaughter. She is such an inspiration to many with her zest for living and unique energy and empathy.

So today, take a moment to breath into gratitude for just being born a women, breath into the sacred space which is your Divine Feminine Nature. The aspect of the All That Is expressed in the wonderful light of the female form.

Today give yourself a moment of deep self-love, self-nurture, a moment to say thank you for all you are, all you have been through, all you are aspiring to.

Thank you to all those courageous women who have shown the way, forged a path for independence and expression.

This is my first play with AI technology.

I’m still cautious about the potential future of Artificial Intelligence and will continue to exercise discernment, but I’m also sure that it will yield some groundbreaking benefits 🙏 It’s all about the intention it is used with isn’t it!

What a powerhouse day today!
Solar Eclipse - New Moon - Chinese New Year & Beginning of the Fire Horse cycle of transformation. 🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎

Today feels like a threshold, a radical shift into something new and long awaited.

Something is ending.
Something new is quietly beginning.

Old patterns may be surfacing, not to pull you backwards, but to show you what is ready to be released. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
You may notice where you have been shrinking, where you have outgrown old identities, or where life is gently asking you to step into something more honest and aligned.
Many are feeling this inward shift, it's becoming undeniable.

You may feel slower, more emotional, or reflective today and tomorrow — it's not a step backwards. It's a space being made for what is next.

If you feel tired, allow yourself rest.
If you feel emotional, allow it to move through you.
If clarity arrives, trust it.

If you are feeling this pull to introspection - allow yourself to move into stillness, rest & release. Be kind to yourself.

Hello to All 😊

We all love a good news story.....so here is one for you...

A Life Fully Expressed 🌻

Lately, I’ve been sitting with a simple but powerful question:
What does a life fully expressed actually look like? 🤔

For those who have been doing the self-exploration & personal journey, seeking deeper answers, dealing with big issues, unravelling the layers of life.....or are feeling a call......this is for you.....

The answer to my pondering didn’t come to me through books or teachings.
It came through observation.
I noticed my son-in-law recently — a young man who has walked deeply into his own truth. Someone who has done the work. Who has met the trauma of his early childhood with courage, honesty, and willingness.
And what I noticed most…
Lately he looks genuinely happy.
When I look at his life through four key areas —
✨ Health & vitality
✨ Money and career
✨ Purpose & calling
✨ Love and relationships

There seems a natural balance unfolding in all of them.

Not perfection.
Not bypassing.
But wholeness.

He is an amazing, present father — shaped in many ways by his own healing journey.
He is a teacher within the Waldorf system, viewing life through the lens of true connection and community.
He shares a beautiful, loving relationship with his beloved.
He tends his health, walks in nature often, welcomes new experiences, and continues to explore creativity with curiosity and openness.
Watching him, something landed even more deeply within me.
This is the fruit of inner work.
This is what emotional, mental, and spiritual healing makes possible.
A life fully expressed does not mean a life without wounds.
The scratches and scars are still visible — but they are integrated, honored, and no longer running the show.
Even in his thirties, having gone through the fire and come out the other side, his life feels *alive*.
And it is deeply uplifting to witness.
It has called me even more fully into my own work, both personal and my offering to others — into the exploration of the deep subconscious.
Into the places within us that long to be seen, expressed, and released.
The places that hold our truth, patiently waiting for our courage.
I am here as one who has walked — and continues to walk — this path.
As a seeker.
As someone who knows this is not a destination, but a living, breathing journey.
And I also know this:
It is those who walk beside us — who can hold us, witness us, and support us — who make all the difference. I know my son in law has found many to walk beside him over the years. I am proud to be one of them...

Are you your own best friend or worst enemy? Hmmm.....maybe a bit of both.

We often put so much pressure on ourselves to be this or that, to be perfect......
What if we just give ourselves the grace to BE where we are and to own our imperfections? Knowing that we are all a work in progress, that is why we are here....to grow....to learn....to unravel........to know ourselves at a deeper level of understanding. Life is really as masterclass.......
When we can look at ourselves in the imperfections, knowing that we are here as Divine Beings having this experience of life, we can move more into compassion for ourselves and all of the ups & downs.
Today is an invitation to just allow yourself to BE where you are.
Honour how you are feeling today, not in a victim way but with curiosity and compassion. Give it a try.....see the difference as you become the observer of your own self. It might be surprising but as we give ourselves this space, something shifts, we come from the higher perspective of ourselves, which is always more loving, more accepting and more compassionate......it is our True Nature.
Take time to honor yourself on your path today.
