Men’s Strength & Conditioning Class

Two spots remaining in our physio-led men’s strength & conditioning class, designed to help you build strength safely, move better, and reduce your risk of injury.

Great time to get back to the gym with footy pre season starting up.

✔ Learn correct lifting technique
✔ Improve strength, mobility, and confidence
✔ Small classes (max 6 people) for close supervision
✔ Ideal if you want to feel stronger, reduce aches and pains, and function better day-to-day

Class times
🕗 Monday 8:00pm – Only 2 spots remaining

💰 Cost: $500 for a 10-session pack
🏥 Private health rebates available (typically ~$15 per class under code 560)

NEW Men’s Strength & Conditioning Class – Starting Next Week 💪

We’re launching a physio-led men’s strength & conditioning class, designed to help you build strength safely, move better, and reduce your risk of injury.

🕜 Monday 1:30pm – Running pending interest

Not sure what Clinical Exercise is? Clinical exercise combines the best of clinical pilates, targeted strengthening, balance, control and mobility. In Physio led classes, each participant is given individualised exercises suitable to their capabilities and desired goals. Expect a mixture of exercises utilising reformers, trapeze table and weights training in 45 min classes with 3 participants.
