Not sure what Clinical Exercise is? Clinical exercise combines the best of clinical pilates, targeted strengthening, balance, control and mobility. In Physio led classes, each participant is given individualised exercises suitable to their capabilities and desired goals. Expect a mixture of exercises utilising reformers, trapeze table and weights training in 45 min classes with 3 participants.

We are very excited to announce that Mark Rennick will be joining the Niche Physiotherapy team in late August. There will be lots of information to come over the next month and new healthcare programs starting soon - we look forward to introducing Mark to Moora!
