~~Moora War Memorial Swimming Pool is back open from 6am tomorrow!~~

A huge thank you to everyone for your patience while our local electricians and Western Power sorted out the electrical issues.

Special shout-out to Wendy, who worked tirelessly over the weekend to get the pool recirculating and back up to scratch — and even drove the water samples straight down to the lab first thing Monday morning. We’ve just got the results back, and they’re looking great!

Here’s hoping for smooth swimming and no more hiccups this season!

Thanks to all of you (25 different projects entered!) who contribute so much to projects and to the Moora community every day, 𝐌𝐎𝐎𝐑𝐀 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓, up against Kalgoorlie, Port and South Hedland, Sandstone, and Williams! What an achievement!

The winners will be announced at a gala lunch on Friday, 28 November at Optus Stadium.

Thank you all for everything you do — your passion, time, and commitment make Moora a better, more sustainable place for everyone.
