Welcome to Mabu Liyan Retreat, a sanctuary where nature, healing, and community come together. Massage is also available in Bundaberg at The Little Blue Shop

Our retreat offers a peaceful space for self-discovery, renewal, and deep transformation. I began my training in this field over 40 years ago and to this date I have 4 diplomas and over 30 certificates in a variety of healing modalities involving massage, sound, healing, breath work, movement and nutrition. Ready to go beyond the basics? Level 2 strengthens your intuition, deepens your ability to sense and clear energetic blockages, and introduces tools for distance and emotional healing. Ideal if you’ve completed Level 1, have been practising, and feel called to step into the next level of service.

Where Healing Begins 🌱 | Siam Reiki Level 1 – Moorland

Every journey into Reiki starts with learning how to listen — to energy, to the body, and to yourself. This January, Siam Reiki Level 1 returns to Moorland, offering a steady, well-supported entry into authentic Reiki practice.

Over two immersive days, you will receive four traditional attunements from Master Steve, guiding you into a safe and clear connection with your Spiritual Guides of the Highest Good. From this foundation, awareness deepens, the energy field strengthens, and healing begins from within.

This training is practical, experiential, and deeply grounding — designed to support real transformation, not overwhelm.

Last weekend, we had a most fabulous Archetypes workshop with Brian Dale, who had travelled up from Mullumbimby. We delved into each of our 12 archetypes and landed them with each of our astrological houses.
We met a few queens, some rebels, wise women, a coward, an artist, a few mothers, a fool, an alchemist and even a fairy.
It was a great day exploring, connecting and learning and eating. Level 2&3 Archetype training is happening in a few weeks time.
