John has been a professional Social Worker for 30 years and has significant experience in health and welfare-related fields with both Federal and State Government services and agencies. Over the last 14 years, John has worked in the Department of Human Services (Centrelink) across various communities on the Mid North Coast as well as in remote Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory. Paula has a history of working in small business and most recently working with FACS (Family and Community Services/Community Housing), where she performed a number of roles supporting vulnerable people with their housing needs. We recognise there is a need within our local communities for tailored support packages for people with a range of disabilities. We acknowledge and appreciate that every individual has a unique circumstance, challenges and requirements and we are committed to ensuring we continue to provide personalised and appropriate support.

Meet Rachel

Rachel has called the Mid North Coast home for most of her life, living in Wingham for many years, then South West Rocks, and now Port Macquarie for the past two and a half years. 🌊

She brings over 2.5 years of experience in disability and aged care support, along with a background in retail and hairdressing — giving her a warm, people-focused approach in everything she does.

Rachel loves making a difference in someone’s day, whether that’s helping at home or supporting clients out in the community. Seeing people happy is what truly fills her heart. 💛

When she’s not at work, she treasures time with her family and friends — especially her grandchildren. Being a grandparent is her greatest joy.

We’re so grateful to have Rachel as part of the Coralville Care family. 💙
