Go Huddi! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ”ฅ

The All Abilities Futsal in Port on Thursday afternoons is honestly one of the best things going around. Itโ€™s pure fun, joy and inclusion all wrapped into one.

We now have three of our teenagers heading along each week โ€” and our amazing support worker Dee doesnโ€™t just stand on the sidelinesโ€ฆ she gets right out there and plays with them! ๐Ÿฅฐโšฝ๏ธ

And last night?
Huddi was the STAR of the show! ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ‘
The smiles, the teamwork, the confidence โ€” everything we love to see.

Happiness, fun, exercise, friendshipsโ€ฆ
Absolutely nothing wrong with that ๐Ÿ’›โœจ

Meet Our Team: Jade
Virtual Assistant | Coralville Care

All the way from the Philippines ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ, Jade brings warmth, heart, and a touch of pink to everything she does. Since 2014, sheโ€™s been supporting NDIS providers across Australia with admin, social media, and day-to-day operations โ€” helping businesses grow while staying close to family. ๐Ÿ’ปโœจ

What makes Jadeโ€™s work so special is her genuine care for people. She loves meeting amazing clients, seeing their businesses thrive, and creating balance between meaningful work and family life โ€” the best of both worlds. ๐ŸŒธ

When sheโ€™s not working, youโ€™ll often find Jade:
๐ŸŽต Singing with her church choir (music is her therapy!)
๐Ÿ’• Surrounding herself with all things pink
๐Ÿ’ฌ Chatting, laughing, and brainstorming ideas with her team

Her energy and kindness shine through in everything she does โ€” weโ€™re so lucky to have Jade as part of our Coralville Care family. ๐Ÿ’—

๐ŸŒธ Welcome to the Coralville Care Team, Colleen! ๐ŸŒธ

Weโ€™re so excited to introduce Colleen Race, who brings with her a wealth of experience and a big heart for helping others ๐Ÿ’›

Colleen has called our local area home since she was just 12 years old. After spending 15 years working in education, supporting children of all abilities, she made the move into disability support work 3 years ago โ€” and hasnโ€™t looked back since!

What Colleen loves most about her role is helping people achieve their goals, push their boundaries, and become the most amazing version of themselves ๐ŸŒŸ

Outside of work, Colleen enjoys getting creative with arts and crafts, exploring the great outdoors, camping, travelling, and connecting with people in our wonderful community.

Please join us in giving Colleen a huge Coralville Care welcome โ€” weโ€™re so lucky to have you on the team! ๐Ÿ™Œ

๐Ÿ’š At Coralville Care, we believe that true community care extends beyond the services we provide โ€” itโ€™s about standing beside those who need it most.

Last weekend, our team had the privilege of attending the Barefoot Bowls Fundraiser for Ivy Latham at Club North Haven. It was an inspiring afternoon filled with kindness, laughter, and generosity, all in support of Ivy and her family as they continue their medical journey. ๐ŸŒผ

Moments like these remind us of the power of community โ€” how compassion and togetherness can turn challenges into hope. ๐Ÿ’ซ

A big thank you to everyone who took part, donated, and showed up to make a difference. This is what care looks like in action. ๐ŸŒฟ

Sometimes, the simplest actions โ€” like showing up for a game of barefoot bowls โ€” can make the biggest difference. ๐Ÿ’ซ

We were proud to be part of the Barefoot Bowls Fundraiser for Ivy Latham, where fun met purpose. Every roll of the bowl helped raise support and hope for a beautiful family in need.

Kindness really does go a long way. ๐ŸŒธ

At Coralville Care, we believe that community is more than just where we live โ€” itโ€™s how we show up for each other. ๐Ÿ’š

Our team had the pleasure of joining the Barefoot Bowls Fundraiser for Ivy Latham โ€” an event filled with laughter, connection, and compassion.

Together, we bowled, bonded, and helped support a local family facing ongoing medical challenges.

Itโ€™s moments like these that remind us what care truly means โ€” standing together in kindness. ๐ŸŒฑ

Meet Michelle Garvan

A mature-aged support worker with a heart of gold, Michelle has turned her lifelong love for swimming into a career that helps others feel confident, supported, and seen. ๐ŸŠโ™€๏ธ

After more than 40 years as a swimming teacher and coach, and 30 years as a proud member of the Camden Haven Surf Life Saving Club, Michelle brings not only skill but also compassion and connection to her role.

She loves helping aged and disabled clients reach their goals โ€” especially when it involves water! Whether itโ€™s building confidence in the pool or providing personal care, she approaches every client with warmth and care, often feeling like a โ€œgrandmotherโ€ figure to many. ๐Ÿ’›

Living in โ€œGodโ€™s Countryโ€ for 31 years, sheโ€™s proud to call the same house she and her family built 32 years ago home. Her love for community runs deep โ€” from surf boats to support work, helping others is her lifelong passion.

โ€œI love working for Coralville Care and being surrounded by people who truly care about making clientsโ€™ lives better. The management is supportive, easy to communicate with, and always puts the clients first.โ€

Weโ€™re so proud to have Michelle as part of our Coralville Care family. ๐Ÿ’™
