"Coralville Care: Your local registered provider committed to linking skilled support workers with clients. Our mission?
Empower individuals to lead their best lives by enhancing their capabilities. Fostering a community where support meets aspirations! John has been a professional Social Worker for 30 years and has significant experience in health and welfare-related fields with both Federal and State Government services and agencies. Over the last 14 years, John has worked in the Department of Human Services (Centrelink) across various communities on the Mid North Coast as well as in remote Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory. Paula has a history of working in small business and most recently working with FACS (Family and Community Services/Community Housing), where she performed a number of roles supporting vulnerable people with their housing needs. We recognise there is a need within our local communities for tailored support packages for people with a range of disabilities. We acknowledge and appreciate that every individual has a unique circumstance, challenges and requirements and we are committed to ensuring we continue to provide personalised and appropriate support.

Yesterday was such a great day at our latest staff induction π«
Weβre so lucky to be led by the amazing Amy Gray, our culture coach, who always brings the best out in people.
Nothing beats seeing more smiling, happy humans coming into our team β this is why we do what we do π

Support should never feel like a service alone β it should feel like a partnership. π€
At Coralville Care, we walk alongside each individual on their journey toward greater independence, confidence, and connection. Every step forward, no matter how small, is celebrated.
If youβre ready to take that next step β either as a participant or as part of a passionate care team β weβre here for you.
At Coralville Care, we believe every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and included β especially at Christmas. ππ
Thatβs why weβre proud to support the Every Child Counts Christmas Appeal by Challenge Community Services.
This appeal aims to raise $50,000 to support more than 450 children and young people in foster care with meaningful gifts and grocery vouchers this Christmas.
Consistency isnβt just convenient β itβs empowering. π
At Coralville Care, we understand how important stability, familiarity, and routine are. Thatβs why our approach focuses on creating long-term, respectful relationships between participants and support workers.
Whether youβre seeking dependable NDIS support or a meaningful role where your presence truly matters, this could be the place for you.
True support is not just what we do β itβs how we make people feel. π
At Coralville Care, compassion is woven into every conversation, every activity, and every moment of care. Our team shows up with patience, empathy, and respect β creating safe, meaningful support for people living with disability.
If youβre looking for a provider who genuinely cares, or a team that values your heart as much as your skills, weβd love to hear from you.
Rachel has called the Mid North Coast home for most of her life, living in Wingham for many years, then South West Rocks, and now Port Macquarie for the past two and a half years. π
She brings over 2.5 years of experience in disability and aged care support, along with a background in retail and hairdressing β giving her a warm, people-focused approach in everything she does.
Rachel loves making a difference in someoneβs day, whether thatβs helping at home or supporting clients out in the community. Seeing people happy is what truly fills her heart. π
When sheβs not at work, she treasures time with her family and friends β especially her grandchildren. Being a grandparent is her greatest joy.
Weβre so grateful to have Rachel as part of the Coralville Care family. π
The most powerful moments are often the simplest ones β a smile, a shared laugh, a quiet conversation, a step forward. π¬π
At Coralville Care, we see and celebrate the everyday wins. Our support is built around real life, real people, and real progress β at a pace thatβs comfortable and empowering.
If you or someone you know is looking for consistent, caring NDIS support β we are here for you.
Today, on the International Day of People with Disabilities, we celebrate ability, strength, individuality, and the right to be included β not as an exception, but as a standard. π
At Coralville Care, we see the person first β their goals, dreams, potential, and voice. Our support is built on respect, dignity and meaningful connection in everyday life and within the community.
Let today be a reminder: inclusion is created through action, understanding, and consistent support.
The difference isnβt in the uniformβ¦ itβs in the heart behind it. π
At Coralville Care, our team brings warmth, empathy, and genuine care into every interaction. Thatβs what makes our support meaningful, lasting, and personal.
If youβre looking for a team that values connection, compassion, and purpose β this is where you belong.
