But seriously — every adjustment you see is restoring movement in a joint that was basically on strike.
Your muscles don’t need more work… they need the joints to do THEIR job again.

(Also, yes… the face people make after the adjustment is 10/10 every time 😂)

Your neck tells the truth your brain doesn’t.
You can feel “fine”… while your neck is literally in brace mode trying to hold up a bowling ball with jammed joints and stressed-out muscles. 😅

Here’s the real cycle ⬇️
