It's easy to feel overwhelmed, anxious and depressed at the moment. With any negative experience I have, I find the only way forward is to feel empowered and the only way I feel empowered is to take action. My 2 main actions are to boost my immune system through what I eat and drink, which I have control over and to connect more regularly with family and friends. What has worked for you? Sharing might help someone else feel better too.
