Seeking Female Support Worker – Morayfield

We are looking for a female support worker for a participant in her mid-twenties, based in Morayfield.

She is hoping to work with someone older than her, to help maintain a healthy professional boundary while still building a positive, comfortable connection. She would love to get along well with her support worker—without it turning into a friendship dynamic—and without feeling like “just another NDIS participant.”

✨ About the Role:

We’re looking for someone who:

-Is comfortable around dogs
-Has a solid understanding of mental health and the comorbidity between mental health and disability
-Can help her stay motivated and engaged with her goals
-Can support her to attend TAFE, dental appointments, and other commitments, especially as she experiences social anxiety
-Maintains professionalism while still being friendly, warm, and supportive

✨ Who This Would Suit:

If you are bubbly, funny, relaxed, and easy-going, this role may be a great fit. The right person will be encouraging, reliable, and able to support her in building confidence and independence.

If this sounds like you, or you know someone who would be suitable, please get in touch—she would love to meet you!
