Hi everyone, Brendan here.
Do you know want to know what really annoys me.
This!
I just had the sweetest elderly couple come into my store this afternoon for a tube replacement in a scooter wheel. When she asked myself how much I would charge her, I said no, nothing. It took me 10 minutes to change.
My client stood there repeating are you sure? When I assured her yes, I'm sure, she then broke down saying another company (which I wont be naming) wanted to charge her & her husband a whopping $200 for a tube change!!
Keep in mind they had already bought the tube & took the complete rim & tyre into this store. There was no call out fee involved, nothing.
$200 for one tube replacement?

It truly blows my mind & it also goes to show which companies/businesses are in this industry for the right reasons & which are in it for the wrong reasons.

That's my Friday rant.
