Relaxation leds to wellbeing.
It helps us develop awareness for the things that make us unwell. More importantly relaxation trchniques can support us to shed those things that make us unwell without effort.
How?
If we are consistently practicing relaxation, we naturally move away from those things that are making us unwell.
One of my favourite and most relaxing yoga poses is legs up the wall. Not only can it physical benefit the body (reduce swelling in the feet) it is a game changer for your nervous system.
There are some precautions with this one such as being over 3 months pregnant.
