Reiki Healing for animals works in exactly the same way it does for humans. The Wild Healer is a great facilitator for helping owners to understand what problems their animals are dealing with and why they are behaving a certain way. Typically a Reiki treatment for an animal takes less time as they are very open to the healing process. Another reason healing times can vary with animals is due to their size. What might feel blissful to a horse could be completely overwhelming for a cat. Therefore each session is tailored to individual animals and their needs. Wayshower Support - (Online Only)

🖤 Eclipse season is a threshold 🖤

Eclipse season always carries a particular weight. It’s not chaotic for the sake of it, but it does feel fated. Like something is reaching a point of no return.

Eclipses tend to fast-track what we’ve been avoiding. They illuminate what has been unstable beneath the surface and bring it into full view. Conversations that have been circling suddenly land. Decisions we’ve been postponing feel unavoidable. What feels sudden is often something our soul has known for months.

Right now, the broader planetary landscape adds another layer to that intensity. Saturn is emphasising accountability and long-term consequences, asking us to take responsibility for the structures we’ve built in our lives. Pluto continues to work at a deeper level, reshaping power dynamics and stripping away identities rooted in control or survival. Uranus brings unpredictability and liberation, shaking loose anything stagnant. And Neptune blurs illusion from intuition, forcing us to discern what is fantasy and what is truth.

When these slower forces sit alongside eclipse energy, the themes become clear: identity shifts, karmic closures, maturity, sovereignty, and radical honesty.

You might notice where you’ve outgrown a role. Where you’ve been tolerating dynamics that no longer align. Where you’ve been holding yourself small to maintain stability. This past year has asked more of us than we expected.

It has invited us into deep self reflection.
Not the surface kind.
The kind that gently, and sometimes painfully, holds up a mirror.

Who have we been?
Who have we been showing up as?
How have we been showing up?
How have we allowed situations to affect us?

There is a difference between who we are at our core and the identities we build to survive. The people pleaser. The fixer. The strong one. The silent one. The over giver. The hyper independent. The one who shrinks. The one who fights.

This year has been about noticing the layers.

The roles we inherited.
The masks we wore.
The stories we told ourselves about who we had to be in order to be loved, safe, successful, chosen.

And slowly, courageously, shedding them.

Self reflection is not about shame. It is about awareness. It is about observing your patterns without judgment and choosing differently next time. It is about asking, “Is this still aligned with who I am becoming?”

Growth often feels like grief.
You outgrow versions of yourself.
You release dynamics that once felt familiar.
You stop performing and start embodying.

Finding new ways of being requires honesty. It requires sitting with discomfort instead of reacting from old wounds. It requires taking responsibility for your energy, your responses, your boundaries.

But on the other side of that reflection is alignment.

A steadier nervous system.
Clearer boundaries.
More intentional choices.
A deeper trust in your own inner guidance.

We are not meant to stay the same. We are meant to evolve.

🩷🌊 It comes and goes in waves 🌅🧡

Imagine this transition from the year of the snake in to the year of the horse, like a wave in the ocean.🐍✨🐎

The bigger the wave that comes in, the more it has to first pull back. 🏹

You may feel stuck, dragged down by the under current or treading water in your current situation. Unable to make progress, move forward or let go. You may feel like you’re drowning in your emotions right now.

This is the final, painful purging for what you need to let go of. The forward motion is coming, really soon. Right now, hold on tight and let it all wash over you. Let it all go.

More will come to light over the next week, but think of it like a sunset. You can see the bigger picture, the horizon before you. It will give you a moment of peace, a clarity.

Across cultures and traditions, the “returning of the light” has long been honoured as a sacred turning point. It marks the quiet but powerful shift from darkness into renewal, hope, warmth, and awakening life. Many deities throughout history embody this beautiful cycle, reminding us that light always finds its way back.

In Celtic tradition, Brigid is celebrated at Imbolc as a goddess of fire, healing, and sacred creativity. She represents the first spark of spring, when the Earth begins to stir beneath winter’s stillness. Her flame symbolises inspiration, renewal, and the gentle rekindling of life.

In Japanese mythology, Amaterasu, the radiant sun goddess, retreats into a cave after experiencing grief and conflict, plunging the world into darkness. When she is eventually lured back into the open, her return restores light and balance. Her story reflects the cyclical nature of light within both the world and ourselves, reminding us that even when we withdraw, our light is never truly lost.

Within Norse mythology, figures such as Freyja and Baldur are linked to the return of warmth, beauty, and illumination during Yule. Their presence symbolises the promise that life, love, and vitality will always re-emerge after periods of cold and shadow.

In Celtic and modern pagan traditions, the Oak King and Holly King represent the eternal dance between darkness and light. At the winter solstice, the Oak King rises, symbolising the waxing year and the gradual strengthening of the sun’s power as the days grow longer.

Greek mythology honours Apollo as a god of light, prophecy, and healing, representing clarity, truth, and the illuminating power of knowledge.
