Is anyone else missing the Women’s World Cup now that it’s over?
It’s the final round of my own season this week and I’m not sure what I’m going to do with all my spare time 😅

I love treating sporting injuries, having being a sports trainer in the VAFA, but especially those relating to soccer as I know first hand how they feel and how impacting they can be.

Off-season can be the perfect opportunity to get on top of those season long niggles that distract you from getting the most out of training and games.

Osteopaths are trained to assess and diagnosis sporting related injuries. From there we can develop a treatment and management plan tailored to you and your sport.

Have you tried dry needling before?

I often get asked, "what's the difference between dry needling and acupuncture?" My explanation is simple, the intention is different...
