MEET LEILA!! 🌸 Leila is a passionate and motivated speech pathologist, who strives to incorporate a strengths-based and family centred approach to her practice. She is dedicated to ensuring her clients can flourish in environments that are most important to them, by incorporating her clients’ specific interests and needs into sessions. She values building a strong client-clinician relationship to support her clients to achieve their goals. Holding a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Speech Pathology from Australian Catholic University, she uses her foundational knowledge within the sciences to inform her therapy, in a way that is holistic and evidence-based. Leila enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, particularly in areas of speech, language, fluency and literacy. Outside of the clinic, Leila enjoys reading, op shopping, sewing, meeting any dog she can find on a walk and spending time with friends and family.

MEET LILY!! 🌷 Lily is our administration expert who strives to create a welcoming environment for both clients as well as their carers. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science at Deakin University Full-Time, with the aim to complete her Masters in Speech Pathology. When she isn’t studying, she enjoys Pilates, hanging out with her friends/family and going for walks in the sun. Admin is the key to our business here at Elevate, so next time you see Lily don’t forget to say hi!

MEET ISABELLA!! 🌺 Isabella is passionate about neurodiversity affirming care and brings a deep understanding of difference and diversity to her work as a speech pathologist. Nurturing the journey of each individual Isabella is motivated by empowering her clients to communicate with confidence through skill building, knowledge sharing and playful sessions. She adopts a client/family-centred approach to position the individual as an expert in their own care. When out of the clinic, she likes to pick up a book from the library or one of her many hobbies including crochet, sewing or cooking a meal to share with friends and family.
