I am passionate with assisting women to understand the different aspects of their lives and how each one alone, when tuned into, can make huge shifts. Caring for your PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL, ENVIRONMENTAL, OCCUPATIONAL, MENTAL and SPIRITUAL.
I love offering workshops and retreats that delve into what makes us tick.. and what we have forgotten to use. I am passionate about teaching the Divine Wisdom and practice of Reiki and Seichim - a gorgeous combination of Male and Female energies that work harmoniously together on all layers of us. The principles and philosophies of these two healing modalities have changed my life, my perception and the world within me and around me and I have been so blessed to see many of my students lives changed for the better because of this wisdom.
Through my therapeutic and relaxation massage, natural energy healing, mentoring and my range of wholistic products... I am able to share easy strategies to women so they can continue nurturing and healing themselves at home. Through my services and products I can help women who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed and lost, uncover the freedom, resilience and confidence that comes with the power of embracing positive change, making your life an AMAZING one!
Having studied Holistic Counselling and Complementary Therapies, years of spiritual development, learning and becoming a Reiki Master, NLP practitioner, Matrix therapy practitioner, Angel Intuitive - I have been able to utilize ALL of this divine knowledge to help women thrive.
I LOVE learning... learning about our brain- conscious and unconscious, our body - physical and subtle, natural therapies, all things spiritual, yogic living and teachings, ways we can improve ourselves and how we interact within the world. So much gorgeous knowledge to be absorbed!!
I have based some of my teachings around the idea of the wellness wheel. I use, what I have called, The Wholistic Wellness Wheel. This brings awareness to 7 main areas of your life so that you can start to observe your life without judgment or shame and begin to create a life you love. You deserve to love your life and be Happy, unfortunately, we are not taught how to do this. I share with you tips, challenges, charts, strategies and more so you can gain control of YOUR reality. When we understand we have the potential to be more stress free and break free of the BUSY-NESS we have now become addicted to, we start filling our own cup, which in turn, creates harmony within us making us happier and more calm which aids with our healing - in so many areas! It is quite extraordinary!
A mother of 2 beautiful children, Emily understands the need to be functioning at her best so she can give to her children, family, friends and clients. Emily’s passion lies in helping women to trust themselves again, to become aware of the stresses in today’s society and what they can do to ease it. That everyone’s presence on this Earth is much needed and for all of us to share our unique qualities with each other. Her children are a constant reminder to be the best she can with the knowledge she has, as well as being a student and teacher of life, as we all are.
Drawing from her own experiences of having to rebuild her own self-worth, trust and learn about herself again, and learn her purpose, she now continues to step into the light and share her wisdom with others. With years of study in spiritual and personal development, she has achieved merits as a Reiki and Seichem Master and Teacher, Qualified Relaxation and Therapeutic massage therapist - Ancient Hawaiian Lomi Lomi technique, Neuro-Linguistics Practitioner and Matrix Therapy Practitioner, Natural Energies Practitioner and Crystal Energy Practitioner and a Certified Angel Intuitive.
Studying Holistic Counselling and Complimentary Therapies as well as Coaching techniques have enabled her to work with clients to achieve some beautiful and rewarding results.
