This past week I have had so many opportunities to help people, through Spiritual yoga, Hahnemann Healing, Spiritual Counselling and through conversations. Each time leaves me feeling fulfilled and uplifted. Gardening is very satisfying too and it always reminds me of the link to individual growth. Thank you to everyone who gave me the opportunity to help them.

Our Story

Symphisis Yoga and Healing is for people who are seeking yoga and healing that is tailored to meet their needs. Symphisis means connection and we teach Yoga Spiritually to people who are seeking more awareness of their physical and emotional selves; want to feel more; want to enjoy the beauty of movement, regardless of body type and capability; who would like to work with others for mutual benefit and the upliftment of all and where people aspire to reach their potential. If you enjoy variety, stimulation and want to feel refreshed and rejuvenated after a yoga class do come and join us.

We believe connection is vital in life and we invite you to uphold 4 spiritual values at yoga and perhaps in life - equality, honesty, non judgement and sharing.

We also recognise life provides plenty of challenges and so we offer healing modalities to help you release these through Hahnemann Healing, Concomitant Healing and Spiritual Counselling. These private sessions take place in the Healing Room at Symphisis.
