Kerr Care has provided quality aged care services to Victoria's Mornington Peninsula community for over 30 years. And while ownership and management transitioned to Uniting AgeWell on 1 June 2021, the AKC legacy lives on.

The local AKC team continues to provide those same quality services as part of Uniting AgeWell, including Residential Aged Care, Respite Care, Home Care and Day Centre activities.

The ties that bind.

The result of months of consistent preparations, Andrew Kerr Care has transitioned steadily and seamlessly to become part of the Uniting AgeWell family this week. Staff sporting new uniforms are one of the most noticeable signs of change and residents have got involved, taking to the sewing machines in support to craft up delightful scrunchies for staff in various shades of the identifiable Uniting AgeWell purple.

Same beautiful view - new day!

From where we stand, facing out onto the stunning Port Phillip Bay gives us a different outlook every single day. The colours are lovely!

While it’s business as usual for all our residents, members of the broader Uniting AgeWell team are looking forward to visiting us on site and seeing our stunning location for themselves.

Welcome to a new era

As you will know from our earlier communications, today Andrew Kerr Care becomes part of the Uniting AgeWell family

Andrew Kerr Care has provided quality aged care services to communities on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula for over 30 years.

And from today we continue to provide those services as part of the Uniting AgeWell family.
