Finding this hard to do?

Anxiety and depression can occur on a spectrum. This means sometimes the signs that something is wrong with the way feel within ourselves- are more subtle.

The inability to relax despite your environment is one.

It is important to take stock in these feelings. Try look into the negative, to figure out the cause instead of stepping away, ignoring the feelings for fear of what you will have to confront.
