🔓Straight outta lockdown and easing into this sweet, sweet freedom. Like many, I retreated during isolation as a form of self-preservation (and sometimes resignation 🙃) and use the time to do some deep inquiry. What is the truth? What is my place here? What can I do? Sit and wait. A push and pull of resistance and acceptance.
It's been a tight, uncomfortable and sometimes dark chrysalis over these 18 months but I can feel the rebound from fear into spaciousness has been deeply relieving and heartwarming. Finally receiving all the forms of non-verbal communication and true connection a video call or text can't translate or substitute for.
But now that we're on the other side of it, I can see perhaps we all have greater resilience and more love for each other than we recognize. And that is something to celebrate.
