Your therapist will use a combination of Myotherapy, LED/Laser and Pneumatic Pump Therapy, tailoring your treatment around your bodies needs as part of a 60/90/120 min session.

This session will address; Musculoskeletal issues, rapid healing and inflammation reduction with the LED/Laser and removal of excess swelling with the Pump Therapy.

This is a unique and optional service that will amplify the outcomes you would normally receive within a Myotherapy session.

Dry Needling //
At times we need a little more direct treatment to best relax muscles and instantly free the body of pain. Dry needling, also known as trigger point dry needling and intramuscular stimulation, is a pseudoscientific technique used by various healthcare practitioners, including acupuncturists, physical therapists, physicians, and chiropractors, among others.

Dry needling is mainly used to treat myofascial trigger points, but it is also used to target connective tissue, neural ailments, and muscular ailments.
We include dry needling with all Myotherapy and Remedial Massage Treatments, however it’s up to you if you wish to include dry needling in your treatment, completely optional!
