As we approach the close of another year,I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible progress we’ve made over the past six months and to thank each of youfor your dedication, resilience, and shared vision for community palliative care.

⛳️ Golf cards are printed, the course is looking perfect, and we’re ready to welcome 144 players to the exclusive Frankston Golf Club for our 25th Annual Charity Golf Day on Monday! 🎉 And thanks to you, we have sold every ticket!

A huge thank you to our amazing volunteers, and The Mornington Auxiliary – your hands-on work and efforts make this day possible. 💛 Also to our corporate supporters, Prestige In Home Care and Underground Wines.

Funds raised support free, specialist palliative care for clients and their carers at home, thanks to you and the Victorian Government. 🏡✨

As the Cats and Lions battle it out this long weekend, we’re reminded that the best teams aren’t just on the field. 🏉

In community palliative care, families, staff, and volunteers come together to support living well, right to the end.

Our office will be closed on the Public holiday and over the weekend, but as always, clients and carers please contact us for 24/7 care on the support number.

Dying to Know Day is a national day that encourages open, honest conversations about death, dying, grief – and living well right to the end.

For the second year, with support from the Mornington Peninsula Shire, Peninsula Home Hospice collaborated with local businesses, community groups, and representatives to break the silence and stigma around dying. Together, we promoted understanding, preparation, and connection.
