The BEST 5 days with my gorgeous supportive Nat Pack , the people who are with me for all the highs and lows in business, they mean the world to me and it was a real pleasure to discuss business, the challenges we have each faced, how we each move forward and more as a panel
It was also a huge pleasure to support and spend so much quality time with Marianne, so many laughs. Then onto the GC for time with Moira and family for road trips, Persian and memories of our Japan trip. A visit to plus beach walks.
Before we all journeyed to Byron for a special day with & talking Perimenopause and enjoying hospitality with treats from - so spoilt by our industry and the colleagues I am so lucky to call friends - it is always so lovely to see you again too. we missed you! Thank you to everyone I saw that helped make this trip wonderful. 🤍🤍🤍

Evolving CARE

There is one thing I have learnt over more than two decades in naturopathic healthCARE, the needs of patients and the complexity of their health presentations, are continually evolving.

Over the past six months, alongside my ongoing work in integrative oncology, I have undertaken further focused study in several emerging and highly relevant areas of care. These reflect what I am increasingly seeing in clinic; hormonal transitions, metabolic change, significant medical interventions, prevention planning and families navigating end of life support.

My recent learning has centred on:
• Libido & Sexual Wellbeing
• GLP-1 Medications & Metabolic Care
• Integrative Support for Bariatric Surgery
• Complementary Medicine in Palliative Care
• Evidence-Informed Cancer Prevention
• The Andropause Shift in Men

These are not isolated health concerns. They are life stages and clinical realities requiring thoughtful, structured, evidence informed support.

Modern research reminds us that genes are not destiny, hormones are not simple, metabolism is dynamic and care must be personalised.
