It’s a wrap for the year
I just wanted to thank all of my beautiful clients, friends and colleagues for supporting me this year. Thank you so my gorgeous postpartum doula clients who choose me to support you in Postpartum.

Without you I wouldn’t have a business! I’m grateful to every single one of you 🙏
It’s been a big year for me this year, in business and in everyday life.

How lucky am I to still do what I love?

I can’t believe it’s that time of year again!
🎄Are you a Christmas lover or a Christmas grinch??

I think I’m somewhere in the middle of both!
Although if you ask my kids they’ll say I’m a grinch! 🤣

Here is a quick update on my holiday closure dates.

✨Closed from Tuesday 22nd December to Monday 5th Jan 2026.

✨A quick update on my latest availability for Postpartum Doula Care in 2026:

✨Postpartum Doula care can set you up for a positive postpartum experience.

✨My postpartum doula service supports Mamas in the following ways:

•Rest/recovery time for Mamas

•Basic baby care/advice (only if required) As I’m more about caring for the Mother. I’m not going to be nosey, push my opinions on you and I will support you in your choices for your baby.

•Cooking nourishing meals/snacks that help support your body’s recovery in postpartum.

•Basic breastfeeding/bottle feeding support~ Will refer you onto a professional like a lactation consultant if required as that is their jam!

•Support your body’s healing with:
postpartum massage
reiki/sound healing
herbal baths
closing of the bones ceremony

•Teaching you / your partner Baby Massage

•Conversations around the changes that occur when you become a Mama. Checking in with to see how you are coping and chatting about anything you want to chat about.

•Light housework duties like washing, folding clothes, sweeping or tiding up

✨Allowing Mamas to be cared throughout the early days in Postpartum can really make a difference to the way a Mama feels physically, mentally and emotionally.
‘When are Mama is cared for and supported in the right way for her, she can get to know & bond with her baby. The Mama then becomes the expert on her baby’

Last day doula-ing with this beautiful mama of two!🫶

✨It’s been an incredible honour to support Jena for the last six weeks. It’s always bittersweet when I finish up with my postpartum doula clients as I’ll miss the weekly visits, but it’s also humbling to know that she is now in a place where she feels ready to cope with the demands of being a Mama. Gently reminding her to call the village she has around her.

✨Jena’s transition from 1 to 2 kids has been has some up and downs as it always does! I have admired how she has been able to cope with the transition, as it’s not easy when you have a full of energy 3 yr old!
It was a good plan to have him attend childcare so that she could get a small break twice a week.

✨This allowed Jena the time to focus on bonding, attachment, breastfeeding and getting to know her beautiful newborn.

✨I know the sleep deprivation wasn’t the easiest thing for Jena, but she did manage to prioritise a nap when she could.

✨Thank you Jena for allowing me to come into your home to cook you nourishing meals, massage you, attend to the washing, hold space for you and care for you during your early days of Postpartum.

Wishing you all the best in your journey as a mother of two. You already doing such an amazing job!
