This work changed my life. It was 17 years ago when I had my first reading with Ian Rogers (world-renowned Medium). I walked away feeling I had been given information that truly made sense of my life, giving me clarity and direction.

Soon after, I began studying with Ian and his wife Pearl. Through their guidance and teachings, I gained extensive knowledge and skills, and I am now accredited in many of the modalities they offer. This has given me a deeper understanding of myself and others.

My involvement with Sphinx Spiritual has brought peace, purpose, and happiness into my life. I have been able to make significant positive changes, and the sense of love and fulfillment I have found is invaluable.

At Empowered with Spirit, we offer a holistic approach to health and wellbeing in a non-clinical environment. Our warm, inviting and energetic space is fully furnished and situated in the heart of the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, consisting of one practitioner room & one event/meeting/group space.

We are less than an hour travelling time from Melbourne CBD. Our space is suitable for a multitude of uses such as counselling, coaching, psychology, healing, massage, sound healing, along with many other therapies.

The additional event space is suitable for a small yoga class, group sound healing, support groups etc... alternatively it can also be used as an intimate and safe space for group work, meetings, training & workshops. Tables are also available for use in this area if required.​​

Concomitant Healing is so named because it means ‘one after the other’. It is a physical healing modality which requires the application of pressure to very specific parts of the body, which are neither meridians nor pressure points.

It is not a general healing modality, it is specific to healing injury or injuries.

In Concomitant Healing it is recognized that where the body is holding an injury (regardless of its cause which can include emotional reasons) it will be affected in many more parts than just the injured area.
