Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
🔹 Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars
🔹 Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information
🔹 Maintain and update patient records using Best Practice Software
🔹 Process billing, claims, and manage payments
🔹 Provide general administrative support to the medical team

Skills & Qualifications:

🌟 Exciting News! 🌟

We’re thrilled to announce that we are now offering Physiotherapy services! Kunj Desai has joined us in Sunshine care Medical Centre

Kunj has done her Bachelor in physiotherapy from India and gained experience with acute care, private practice and neurological rehab. She then did her Masters in Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy Musculoskeletal stream in 2018 at university of South Australia. She has since been working in private practice in Australian. She has also had experience with work related injuries from her work as occupational health physiotherapist at an abattoir.

Kunj is a Australian physiotherapy association (APA) member and also member of national musculoskeletal, pain and neuro groups of APA.

Kunj has extensive experience in treating typical musculoskeletal conditions like back pain, shoulder injury, neck pain, repeated strain injuries, etc. She has special interest in post-op rehab, tendinopathy issues, Osteoarthritis of the hip, knee, RTW, MVA.

The services she provides are
Physiotherapy
Dry Needling
Massaging
Acupuncture

She is available at Sunshine Care Medical center on Wednesday and Fridays for appointments.
