We are looking for an Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic healthcare team! If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, , we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
🔹 Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars
🔹 Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information
🔹 Maintain and update patient records using Best Practice Software
🔹 Process billing, claims, and manage payments
🔹 Provide general administrative support to the medical team
🔹 Ensure compliance with confidentiality and healthcare regulations
Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✅ Knowledge of medical terminology and billing practices is a plus
✅ Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
