Meet Nathan -

Nathan is an enthusiastic sports-focused Chiropractor, from the team at Southside, who will be on board to lead our medical team for the upcoming 2026 season! Nathan and his team will be on the sidelines providing medical coverage at game day and at Tuesday training for further assessments, rehabilitation and to work with players and coaches for the upcoming week of football.

With a deep understanding of athletic performance and sports-related injuries, Nathan takes an athlete-centred approach to care and injury management. He works closely with players to enhance movement, prevent injuries, and support recovery and rehabilitation, keeping our athletes performing at their peak.

Whether it's pre-season prep, mid-season maintenance, or post-game recovery, Nathan is here to ensure our team stays strong, mobile, and ready to compete.

Nathan’s expertise as a Chiropractor along with his background working as a personal trainer, sports trainer and strength and conditioning coach, has further developed his ability to diagnose and manage a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. He has gained vast experience from providing medical coverage for Australian National Championships for NSW Indoor Netball and Indoor Cricket since 2018 and was a crucial part of the Australian medical team in Dubai for the 2023 Indoor Cricket world and tri series. Nathan has also worked very closely with elite level soccer players in the NSW National Premier League over the past few
years.

The team at Southside are here to support the Morphett Vale Football club, ensuring the players, staff and community have access to the care they need and are empowered to thrive
on and off the field.

You may have already seen a friendly new face at our front desk — we're thrilled to formally welcome Tracey to the Southside team!

Tracey brings to our clinic and extensive background in healthcare administration and a strong passion for patient care. Having recently moved from Sydney, she holds a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science from Macquarie University and is currently studying a Bachelor of Public Health/Master of Physiotherapy at Uni SA – a true health all-rounder!

Tracey has previously worked sideline for various sports teams and also holds both Massage and Matwork Pilates Certifications, with an aspiration to become a practitioner in the paediatrics and women’s health space.

Outside of the clinic setting, she enjoys baking, beach strolls and learning the south aussie way of football. You may also see her around cafés with another familiar Southside face…

We’re so excited to have her on board. If you haven’t already, be sure to say hi next time you’re in the clinic!

Our team gathered for a lovely evening at Cantina 61 in Seaford Rise to celebrate all the changes in our team during the first few months of 2025. We were excited to welcome three amazing new team members! 🎉

We also shared a special moment honouring Lynn for her incredible 24 years of dedication and expertise as Clinic Manager, and we wish her all the best as she enters retirement.

🎉A HUGE WELCOME to our NEW SPORTS CHIRO, Dr NATHAN RANDALL, at Southside Chiropractic & Massage!🏃

After many years at one of Australia’s top sports chiropractic clinics, Nathan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team! He has cared for international athletes at IRONMAN, Surf Life Saving Championships, CrossFit All-Star Team Series, Oztag NSW Cups, and Australian Volleyball Championships—just to name a few.

With a passion for AFL & Soccer, as well as personal experience with sports injuries as a young footballer, Nath has a keen interest in managing sports-related conditions and optimising performance with strong evidence-based care. However, he’s just as at home providing family chiropractic care for all ages.

A few words from Nathan:

"I’m excited to be back in Adelaide after 11 years in Sydney and look forward to meeting and supporting the patients of Southside Chiropractic and Massage.

My focus is to educate my patients, offering preventative tools to help them manage their health—whether recovering from an injury or taking a proactive approach to everyday wellness.

When I’m not at the clinic, I’m at the beach with my family or enjoying a double espresso at a local café. I’m always talking about new holiday spots and restaurants, particularly where I can find weird and exotic foods. I love the world game of soccer but enjoy all sports—whether playing or supporting from the sideline.

I’m really looking forward to meeting you all next time you’re in clinic!
