Pelvic & SI Joint Pain
🧠 Sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction can cause lower back, hip, or buttock pain, often aggravated by prolonged sitting, walking, or exercise. Restricted pelvic motion can increase strain through the lumbar spine.
🏠 Try this today: Avoid asymmetrical sitting (legs crossed).
Get moving with:
- Gentle pelvic tilts;
- Lumbar rotation stretches.
And stabilise with:
- A simple glut bridge +
- Side lying clam.
Movement is key - today's a good day to go for a walk.
📍 If pelvic pain keeps flaring, addressing spinal and pelvic mechanics early is key. Our Mosman chiropractors work with adults across Sydney’s North Shore to assess SI joint function and restore balanced movement patterns.
