In this 1hr Yoga session with Christobel () you will be guided to softly unwind, release and stretch.

Where possible these sessions take place out in nature, but can of course be inside at times of inclement weather.

Christobel works with you, your intent, and your nervous system to provide a transformative session you won't forget.

Client-led, intuitive sessions with Soo, where you are deeply heard and supported, guided to release stuck energy, and invited into a more coherent, embodied, and freeer way of being โ€” with the horses, land, and living field of nature as active co-participants.

Sessions with the horses here at HCFH have evolved a long way from 'Equine Therapy'. The word 'therapy' itself suggests something is wrong, that something needs to be fixed. And this is never true. We are only ever evolving into higher, more vibrant versions of our beautiful selves.

Our Reiki with the Herd sessions bring in messages and healing from the surrounding environment.

Now 90 minutes ( this one went longer!), and becoming one of our most sought out experiences.
