Today we got to celebrate us!
A year of ups and downs, triumphs and losses.
Through it all the team at PACCS continue to do what they do best- care.
We got our creative spirit going to celebrate the end of the year and Christmas.
We thank all of the people that entrust in us their stories, their loved ones and allow us into their space at times that can be challenging,emotional and so personal.
We honour you.

PACCS is proud to support Southern Highlands Community Hospice in many of the wonderful things they do within our community to support people and their families through the palliative care journey. Empowering and supporting people as they approach the end of their life are key components in the delivery of good palliative care. Volunteers play a vital role in this.
