A year of ups and downs, triumphs and losses.
Through it all the team at PACCS continue to do what they do best- care.
We got our creative spirit going to celebrate the end of the year and Christmas.
We thank all of the people that entrust in us their stories, their loved ones and allow us into their space at times that can be challenging, emotional and so personal.
We honour you.
