“What’s your favourite place?”
I don’t have a favourite place - I have favourite people. And whenever I’m with them, that place becomes my favourite.
This is my sweet spot… my Groove dance classes. 💃
I’m so grateful to dance with you all. Right now, I’m on my way to dance with my Groove sisters from around the world in the Mexican jungle - to grow, learn, and become a better facilitator, so I can bring even more joy to our dance floor.
I can’t wait to come back and dance with you again. ✨

Not feeling it today?
6:03am. Bare feet in wet grass.

Tomorrow I fly to Mexico to dance with my GROOVE tribe from The World Groove Movement… and wow, I’m feeling everything.

Excitement. Nerves. A little overwhelm. I don’t even know what to pack.

So what do I do? I press play. 🎶 I step outside. I let the earth hold me.

Suddenly, with music in my body and a big smile on my face, the world feels softer… clearer… possible again.
Sometimes you don’t need all the answers.
You just need to move.

Sometimes, I feel like throwing my hands up in the air… 💛But then I remember - we’ve got the love to see us through.

Our International Women’s Day groove classes didn’t go as planned. Floods disrupted us, some couldn’t make it, car broke down, and some of our community were even injured.

It’s been a tough time… but still, we came together.
We danced. We sang. We showed up with love.

And that’s what matters most.

Over the next couple of weeks, our class schedule will be a little interrupted. In Gympie, this is also due to an exciting theatre production by Perseverance Street Theatre Company - please check out their current play and show them some support.

Keep the spirit alive — dance at home, sing with your family, move with your friends, and stay connected in whatever way you can.
