✨This Week: Cultivating Gratitude - A Restorative Yin & Breathwork Practice✨
After weeks of challenging ourselves in our flow classes, it’s time to pause, rest, and restore. As we head into the festive season (let’s be honest—the “silly season”!), we’re dedicating this week’s practice to cultivating gratitude as a tool to navigate the busier, more demanding moments ahead.
Join Sally for a gentle Yin yoga & breathwork class designed to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and create space for thankfulness—not just for the easy moments, but for the lessons found in life’s challenges too. Through sustained, restorative poses and intentional breathing, we’ll practice noticing what sustains us, what holds us, and what’s already here.
Sometimes the greatest strength comes not from pushing harder, but from softening enough to receive. This week, we rest, we breathe, and we remember that gratitude is a practice—one that can carry us through even the “silliest” of seasons.
