My doula service is available Sydney-wide and Southern Highlands. Hypnobirthing and my online programs are available worldwide. Today I’m sharing an example of a self-reflection activity I often do with clients. This is part of Module 1 of my Bold Beautiful Birth Program. This struck a chord with me! I don’t care about politics and there’s just too many tragic things happening in the world that it can be overwhelming. I just want to focus on helping mums to feel supported and prepared for birth so they can have a positive birth and parenting journey. 💕🥰
