The NDIA, alongside the Australian Government is cracking down on misleading promotion of ‘NDIS-approved’ products.

The Australian Government is reminding businesses to be clear and truthful when advertising to NDIS participants and their families.

A quick reminder:
👉🏻The NDIA does NOT approve or endorse specific products or services
👉🏻Phrases like “NDIS approved” or “100% NDIS funded” can be misleading

To help protect participants:
✔️ Hundreds of misleading claims have been investigated
✔️ Fines have been issued where businesses got it wrong
✔️ Clearer NDIS support lists are now in place to explain what funding can be used for

The focus is simple — making sure people with disability have accurate information, can make confident choices, and are treated fairly.

Honesty matters, and when everyone plays by the rules, the NDIS works better for all 💙

Well… if there isn’t a truer statement..

Often times we beat ourselves up for our mistakes. For being less than we expected ourselves to be. For experiencing a difficult period.

The thing is, we all fall. We all have our low periods. We all experience it.🫶🏼

What a beautiful thing it is to be able to do that, but to be able to rise again and keep going.
