Did you know kids don’t always say “my back hurts”…
Sometimes they say “I don’t want to go to sport today.”
Avoiding sport, complaining of “tired legs,” or suddenly losing interest in activities they usually love can be their way of telling us something doesn’t feel right.
Kids aren’t always great at describing pain. A change in behaviour can be the biggest clue.
If your child:
• Pulls out of sport more than usual
• Says their limbs, back or joints feel “tight,” “sore,” or “weird”
• Struggles after sitting, school, or training
• Wanting more rest than usual
It might be worth getting it checked.
At Fizz Family Physiotherapy, we look at the whole picture; growth, strength, posture, sport load, and movement patterns. This helps kids feel confident and comfortable 💛🫱🏼🫲🏽
