Summers Family Practice Summers Avenue Family Medical Practice is a high calibre accredited practice originally established in Hornsby in 1994 by Dr Anny Marrett.

Since 2022 we are now operating out of the larger Mt Colah practice. Easy parking on premises. COULD ALL PATIENTS PLEASE BRING THEIR OWN MASK TO WEAR WHEN ATTENDING THEIR APPOINTMENT AT THE PRACTICE. Our doors are open but we ask you to please be cautious. If you have any symptoms - cough, cold, sore throat, fever - please stay in your car and call reception. HotDocs is now able to help you book online for telephone consults and we encourage you to do this in order to help you to self isolate. If you have any concerns regarding the 'coronavirus' please refer to the NSW Health website for up-to-date advice. We thank you for your loyal support of our Hornsby practice since 1994. Our mission has always been to provide the highest standard of patient care whilst incorporating a holistic approach towards diagnosis and treatment and we look forward to continuing that tradition with a new generation of doctors at Mt Colah . Our doctors all live locally and aim to build mutually satisfying, long term relationships with their patients. Continuity of care between the two practices is assured through the use of one computer server.
