SOUND BATH MEDITATION WITH SUE
Theme 2025: Community. Find peace and renewal through sound.

Join us for a soothing sound bath experience that nurtures both mind and body. This immersive session will guide you into deep relaxation through the healing vibrations of sound, creating a peaceful space for reflection, calm, and connection.

In recognition of World Mental Health Day and this year’s theme of community, we invite you to come together in a safe and supportive environment. Take time for yourself while also sharing in the collective energy of others.

**** WHAT TO BRING **** Doors open 17:30pm for a prompt 17:45pm START ****

The floor of the Recreation Centre can feel cool so please bring your own yoga mat, towel or rug to lay on. A blanket to put over yourself. You may like a small pillow to put under your head, for comfort. Wear comfortable clothes and layers for warmth. If you have an eye pillow, bring it too. A bottle of drinking water. There are chairs if you prefer to sit. This event is open to everyone aged 13+ (under 16yrs must be with an adult). Even though this event is FREE you do need to book a ticket to reserve a spot - there are limited spaces. Everybody attending needs to book a ticket.
