Welcome to Calm and Content Baby Massage. I’m a mum of three and live on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula. I have worked in the health and wellness industry for many years. Calm and Content Baby Massage was born in 2016. My love for babies and helping people led me to this. Watching mother’s connect with their babies and become more confident is a privilege. I absolutely love providing a service for new mums to further bond with their babies and connect with other mums. Helping mums on their motherhood journey in a relaxed nurturing environment.

Learning baby massage provides so many benefits for both parent and baby. You will deepen your connection with your baby. Touch is the first sense to develop in humans. Providing your baby with massage is a lovely way to show your baby how much you love them. Infant massage can improve babies sleep and mood. There is also a sequence to help with colic, wind and constipation. Providing you with the skills and confidence to calm and settle your baby.

I also offer Baby Yoga classes. Suitable for bubs from 10 weeks old. Book into a come and try session today!
