This 25 minute Restorative Yoga class blends acupressure, somatic movement, mudra, and pranayama to balance the Lung and Large Intestine meridians — the energetic pathways connected to the emotions of grief and our ability to let go.

When these meridians are in balance, we feel light, clear, and emotionally open — able to breathe deeply, express authentically, and move through life with ease. Imbalance may show up as sadness, shallow breathing, tension in the chest and shoulders, or a resistance to release what no longer serves.

All levels are welcome.
