Learn gentle yoga and self massage techniques to improve your lymphatic flow and boost your immunity

Join me for a 4 hour workshop where we will cover:
*an introduction to the lymphatic system
*at home lymphatic self care techniques to boost lymph flow
*the lymph fascia connection
*upper body and lower body ‘fascia flossing’
*yoga poses / techniques pranayama for the lymphatic system
*plus a relaxing 60min lymph flow Yin yoga practise to finish

Suitable for all body types and abilities. Yoga newbies welcome. We will be moving and practising techniques, as well as completing a gentle yoga session to finish, please wear comfy clothes that you can move in and can access arms and lower legs in.
Includes take home gifts of Divine Therapy’s Detox oil blend, body brush, plus cheat sheet for lymph friendly yoga routine and self massage / body brushing routine.

Your host Nicola has been a Remedial Massage Therapist for nearly 20 years and teaching Yoga for the last 4 years. Nicola has a keen interest in all things Lymph, and is a Manual Lymphatic Drainage practitioner.
