I loved holding space for you all 🌺

Looking after ourselves so we can look after others!

Last week our team took some time out for a beautiful wellbeing workshop – because being a high-performing team starts with feeling our best, inside and out.

A big thank you to our wonderful principal, Leanne, for booking it in, and to the legendary Kerrie from Kerr for You Therapies
for guiding us through such a refreshing and grounding session. Everyone absolutely loved it!

We’ve already booked another session for December – because as we wrap up the year and dive into our end-of-year surveys and planning, we know how important it is to look after ourselves so we can continue delivering an On Point service.

Here’s to finishing the year strong — and kind.

The busiest 10 days so far this year with a flight to Cairns to drive back our new car. Loving my new number plates 💕.

Mid week was a visit to Remax On Point and the beautiful staff for a Breathwork presentation about their breath, Nervous System and window of tolerance.

Finally a quick visit to Melbourne with my amazing friend/mentor/colleague Lauren. It was an honour to be one of your EA’s at the GBS/CIDP conference. Watching you talk about EFT and hearing about your research is inspiring.

With a heavy heart but also love and gratitude our beautiful Ollie passed late last night.

We got Ollie when he was 5 and over the past 8 years he has shared his healing with us all. I am so glad you were able to experience the pure love he shared whilst he was on his journey with me.

For most clients he was the one that got the first ‘hello’ but he deserved it as he looked into each persons soul and made us feel seen and loved.

I feel like the last few years with him was on borrowed time so was very aware more than usual to thank him for being such a beautiful soul and I would tell him every day.

I always called him my angel without wings. Now he literally is my little angel. See you in my dreams beautiful boy 💕

This weekend I had the opportunity to spend tume with some beautiful souls and learn more about the GONGS. These sacred instruments are full of so much knowledge and geometry. Thanks again to Johanna for opening her space and sharing her love and knowledge with Nicole and I over the past 2 days.

We also had the opportunity to have a few people attend, allowing us to hold space and practice our new techniques.

So much fun 🙏🏽🥰.

✨ An Update from Kerr For You Therapies ✨

As 2025 draws to a close, I’ve been reflecting on the incredible journey I’ve had with massage. This year marks 20 years since I first began learning massage, and what a gift it has been to walk alongside so many of you on your healing journeys.

After much thought, I’ve decided that from 22nd December 2025, I will be retiring massage from my offerings.

This isn’t goodbye to hands-on healing as I will continue to offer:
💫 CranioSacral Therapy
💫 Finch Therapy
💫 EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
💫 Matrix Reimprinting
💫 Breathwork
💫 Sound Healing

These are the modalities I feel most aligned with moving forward, and I’m excited to pour my energy into holding space for you in these powerful ways.

To all of my massage clients over the past two decades, thank you from my heart. Your trust, your stories, and your willingness to allow me to be part of your wellness journey have shaped not just my business, but who I am today.

I’m deeply grateful for the support of this community, and I look forward to continuing to walk beside you in new ways at Kerr For You Therapies.

To say it’s been a busy year is an understatement! These qualifications are just another tool in my toolbox to help my beautiful clients process anything their bodies are holding onto. I feel honoured every day I get to do this work. 🙏🏽🌺
