Our Autumn School Holiday Program is here! 🥳

We’ve planned two weeks of fun, engaging, and therapy-led activities designed to build confidence, independence, and social skills, all while having a great time.

From exciting excursions like Frenzy Playground, Flip Out, and Calmsley Farm 🐄 to in-clinic days focused on life skills and self-regulation, there’s something for everyone.

Plus, 3 days of swimming lessons to help build water confidence and safety skills 💦

All sessions are supported by our experienced team of Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants, and Support Workers.

Ever wondered why your child reacts the way they do? 🤔

The ABC model of behaviour helps us understand that behaviour isn’t random, it’s meaningful.

🔎 A - Antecedent: What happened before?
👀 B - Behaviour: What did we observe?
➡️ C - Consequence: What happened after?

When we look at all three parts, we can start to understand the function of behaviour. Whether a child is trying to escape something, gain attention, access something they want, or regulate their sensory or emotional needs.

Instead of asking “How do we stop this?”, we shift to “What is this behaviour telling us?”

Because behaviour is communication!
