Don’t miss this! “Aufguss” meaning infusion in German, this is a traditional European sauna practice that goes far beyond simply sitting in the heat.

Guides by a trained Aufguss Master Amanda Berger - the ritual begins as water infused with pure essential oils is poured onto the hot sauna stones with a towel used to swirl the fragrant steam, creating a complete sensory experience.

From there, the ritual unfolds over three rounds.

Each round offering 10-12 minutes in the sauna, followed by a refreshing 3-5 minute cold plunge to reset the body before re-entering the heat.

Limited spots for 7:30am and 8:30am sessions on Saturday, 2nd May.

Tickets are $45.
