▫️𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 Osteopathy & Pilates 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿?
I grew up a very sporty kid, which unfortunately came with a lot of injuries and lots of hands on help from many varied practitioners. A sports medicine career expo in yr 12 sparked the idea & the rest is history!
Pilates naturally evolved from my love of sport & exercise rehab - my grad Osteo position threw me into my APPI qualification and I have loved complimenting my hands on Osteo work & following patients the whole way through their strength & rehab into long term pilates patients.
I would love to describe myself as a tough but fair teacher, educating patients on all aspects of their body, the reasons why I choose each exercise & how to use these skills in every day life. I always would prefer a patient choose an easier option & do it perfectly, then pick something too challenging & lose their technique.
▫️𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝘆?
Always has been glute bridges - Covers so many areas - spinal articulation, glut & core strength

▫️𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲?
I don’t have any down time - I have a 2 and 4 year old HAHA!
▫️𝗚𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗹?
Sushi - quick and easy (and my kids eat it!)
▫️𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁?
Becoming a mum!

I won my State 100m and 200m in year 12 - can’t even imagine running at full speed right now!
