Too busy enjoying myself down the beach today I didn’t whip up something for the lunchboxes this week. So at 9pm tonight I made a quick batch of Anzac biscuits. 20mins for prep and baking and done ✅ House smells nice too from the baking. Simple, quick, perfect. No dishes too all went in dishwasher and Thermo bowl on a preclean. Nice and clean ready for tomorrow!

Birthday time! Two birthdays in one week, joint celebration calls for cupcakes! This is the basic vanilla cupcake recipe and buttercream. So easy, so tasty and look amazing! All done in 1/2hr cooked and buttercream prepped. Life made easy with the Thermomix.

Look at what my 10yr whipped up yesterday. Orange cake with buttercream icing using the silicone mini loaf tin with steel frame. This tin is easy to handle and clean. PEELER experiment!!Anyone who has the peeler blade cover loves it!
Makes 800g or potatoes 🥔 lovely round shape and peeled in 4mins - brilliant!
However it does seem like the potatoes 🥔 are so much smaller and you don’t have as much. So 800g or potatoes 🥔 peeled in the TM6 converts to approx 300g less of potatoes🥔 .
To peel by hand 🤚 you loose approx 237g less potato 🥔 . So not much at all and I know I’d rather let the TM6 do all the work! Brilliant!
